Vancouver Aquarium Conservation Foundation exists to provide funding to charitable organizations involved in the advancement of the conservation of aquatic life. The focus of the Foundation is to create an endowment to support the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Science Centre and to assist other charitable organizations involved in direct conservation, research and education activities related to aquatic species and environments. The Foundation also supports scientists involved in aquatic research and encourages partnerships and innovative programs that further education on aquatic and marine topics.
