Participation House Brantford (PHB) provides community living accommodations for people with physical disabilities. PHB provides supportive housing and attendant care for adults. We provide recreation, life skills training and assistance with activities and daily living. At 11 West Street, we provide ongoing support for clients living independently. The Outreach program provides support to those who reside in their own homes. Aging at Home is a respite service for adults with physical disabilities who live in the community with an elderly caregiver. Assisted Living for Frail Seniors is an extension of the existing Outreach Services. The Outreach program also includes seniors living at homes, moderating personal support service needs.
