Operate a website & face book group & e-newsletter Annual 3 day conference. Advocate for non discrimination at all levels of United Church. Promote & facilitate development of affirming ministries with dedicated volunteers: Workshops, speakers, educ. materials. Held develop procies & liturgies,to celebrate gifts of all Mandinalized people.Provide pastoral care to members if requested & refer those experiencing discrimination to counsellors for guidance. Provide limited subsidies for low income members for national conference & send board members or designated reps to national & international conferences on anti discrimination. Give limited financial donations & network with registered charities engaged in anti ddiscrimation work - particularly around GLBTQ youth, and trans gendor community
