Our newest initiative is a Community Garden project. Each week our youth walk over to the Community Gardens and assist other gardeners in the care taking of their garden. With many of our local gardeners being of senior age it creates an intergenerational association. Also, participating in a program called ACTIVATE-Healthy Kids program organized by the City of Greater Sudbury each week we create a physical activity program that keeps the kids active for 2 hours straight.
