Withe advent of assisted suicide in 2016, the FFA has been active in advancing education programs on the impact of the new legal regime, including one court intervention in Ontario in support of conscience rights of physicians and other health care workers who may object to various health care options. Planning occurred for a presentation of the impact of the new regime for other professional disciplines, including legal ramifications for early 2017. The FFA continued its participation in three provincial appellate courts to intervene in court cases involving the accreditation of the proposed Trinity Western law school.
