At the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors approves the financial statement, and plans events and programs for the following year. The Board arranges to have the grass cut, and the grounds and monuments maintained. Maps are kept of the graves, both filled and unused. We arrange for interments. We purchase and install cornerstones and all plots, and have bases installed for all monuments. A Memorial Service is held each year on the Sunday following Labour Day. A database of photos of all the monuments, and records of inscriptions is stored on USB. A columbarium is available for cremated remains.
