The Marianhill Foundation is a public foundation with the objective of raising funds to support Marianhill Inc., to provide care to the frail and elderly in Renfrew County and the Pontiac area. In addition to operating 200 beds, Marianhill Inc. provides a number of programs including adult day programs in Pembroke, Killaloe, Petawawa and Almonte, in-home respitch (MATCH) program, supportive housing, homemaking, overnight respite program and support group for clients with parkinson's disease. Marianhill Inc. is a charitable organization that was started by the Grey Sisters of the Immaculate Conception. Marianhill relies on donations and fundraising to help fund programs and to purchase equipment for clients and provide improvements to the building.
