Support: It's Not about Food". This eating issues support and education group met three times weekly for six weeks October- November, 2015 and January-February 2016 to provide support and education to adult individuals experiencing eating issues. Awareness: Hosted a series of weekly eating disorder awareness activities in Fredericton and surrounding communities October- November, 2015 and January and February, 2016. Promotion and Training: Partnered with the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Nursing and Master's of Education students to provide drop-in clinics promoting healthy self-esteem, body image, and eating at the university.
