We promote tobacco use reduction, cessation, and prevention through advocacy, cessation assistance and education. 3. We train professionals to become professionally accredited educators through AsthmaTrec, COPDTrec, SpiroTrec and spitometry interpretation. 4. We train and re-certify health care professionals for overnight oximetry service 5. We educate to increase knowledge of the respiratory systems and to encourage lifestyle choices to safeguard ling health. 6. We provide a help-line for people with COPD (emphysema and chronic bronchitis), including educational materials fact sheets.
