Education-helping health care professionals remain up-to-date in a rapidly advancing field. 4. Satellite-delivering certain elements of oncology care in community hospitals closer to home. 5. Research-cross section of research priorities including surveillance, epidemiological, and program evaluation. 6. Aftercare-multi-disciplinary teams monitoring the health care of survivors, focusing on health promotion. 7. Interlink-linking families and children with the supports and services needed at all stages of treatment. 8. Financial Assistance-helping mitigate treatment related out-of-pocket costs while away from home. 0. Successful Academic and Vocational Transition Initiative-helping survivors manage the transition to their post-secondary or employment goals.
