To carry on as a religious community of the Roman Catholic Church, charitable and educational works for the advancement of religion, all in furtherance of the teachings & practices of the Congregation of the Priests of St. Basil. To promote and encourage spiritual education at St. Michael's College School. To maintain residences for the Basilian Fathers in furthering the objects of the Local House and to acquire and hold land for the purposes of Local House.
