OPCC strives to support, nurture and empower children and their families as they learn and grow together. Each year over 3,000 children and 2,000 parents benefit from its services. OPCC is a registered charity offering a variety of programs and services focusing on families with young children newborn to sis years of age. It is the Ontario Early Years Centre for Oakville and operates out of four sites as well as numerous outreach locations. It provides licensed nursery school programs and is a funded agency of the United Way of Oakville. It is a place to make friends, share ideas and build confidence.
