The core service of the program is the facilitation of community restorative justice forums. these forums bring together victims, offenders, the victim and offenders support people/family members and other people affected by the incident. A community justice forum is a structured voluntary process that brings these people together to exchange information about the effects of the offenders behavior, express opinions and work to repair the harm done. A successful forum results in a legally binding formal written agreement put together by all participants which will be carried out by the offender within the prescribed time.
