Programs carried on provide support, referrals, and information to at risk and street involved individuals both at home and in the community who are challenged with developmental disability, mental health and/or addiction issues. A housing first contract is held which assists homeless individuals and families to find and maintain housing. An educational program is run which develops community supports and resources and offers activities for anyone currently or previously experiencing mental health issues.
