Services Provided by North Shore Crisis Services Society
(1) SH-18 bed house provides safety & support to women & children fleeing abusive situations. (2) 24 hr support line (3) GSC clothing program - provides good quality, clean clothes, shoes and personal items donated by the community to women & children in need. (4) CWWA - Provides services to children 7-18 who have witnessed abuse & threats of violence in the home. (5) O/S provides services to women & children who have escaped abuse or who are at risk of abuse or violence in the home. (6) MOS - provides services to women & children escaping abuse providing culturally sensitive services. (7) Hopes Place - 2nd stage housing provides housing & support for up to 18 months for abused women and children who have lived in a transition house. HPP - provides rent subsidy & O/S support.
