In September we began to research and prepare to offer adult group setting learning opportunities throughout the County of Athabasca. We hired a part time employee to research community need and then create and plan foundational literacy programming. Our Family Literacy programming will continue but with the addition of 4 extra weeks of offering per cycle. We were fortunate to receive additional funding from Advanced Education to create and offer this new programming.
