We enable existing Cummunity Access Program (CAP) sites, located in Nipissing District schools and libraries, to improve services to the public by sharing resources, training materials, information, marketing and fundraising ideas. Service goals include: to develop and provide internet training to the public and to provide free access to public information via internet. For 2016, there were no program activities offered.
