We are developing the Testaments Digital Historian Project, an online community providing digital assets and research materials that can be used with community groups and Secondary Schools across the country. The project's objective is to empower groups and individuals to create their own commemorative/heritage projects. The project will take full advantage of the Testaments of Honour archives, providing them to students for use in classrooms as work that is curriculum based, and earns the students credit towards their secondary school diploma. We are currently in discussion with several groups and organizations and government departments with whom we seek to partner. It is anticipated that the work on this new initiative will begin in the second half of 2017, and will continue through December 2018.
