We not only see our ministry as solely to the communities we go, but also to our teams and our donors. We are developing new models of training and debriefing for teams so that they may also learn how to build relationships and share God's love with members of their churches and communities. We are changing some of our funding models to create more financial sustainability, which will enable us to increase our staff and our ministries in four (4) of the coast communities - Klemtu, Kingcome, Ehattesaht and Kyuquot. Not only are these communities asking us to visit more frequently and for longer durations but other communities are asking us to include them on our visits. We are also exploring ways to increase donor care and share with our donors that they are partners in our ministry.
