Compass workshops - selfcare for family caregivers; caregiver groups - sharing resources; Family Caregiver Week; Contract - enews, newsletter, website; caregiver support team for interagency professionals; caregiver advisor providing 1 to 1 support, Navigator, workshop for health professionals; information sessions - wellness based support for caregivers, caregiver connection centre - resource centre for caregivers. Work and Care - program for the workplace. Assists employers and employees to understand how family caregiver responsibilities affect the workplace and how best to provide supports.
