The charity funds programs for the benefit of the people of Tibet, to promote educational development and to strengthen communities. A separate fund supports Chungba Middle School graduates who attend high school. The charity also grants funds to graduates from the Chungba schools for their post-secondary education both inside and outside the PRC, on the condition that the students studying abroad must return to Tibet after completing their studies.
