The foundation paid the tuition fees of qualified individuals for the purpose of furthering their post secondary education. The payments were made pursuant to the rules and guidelines of the foundation. Also, the foundation is to make gifts to "qualified donees" as that the term is defined by the Icome Tax Act (Canada).
