NCSA delivers programs developed and designed for Aboriginal people. Our mandate is to contribute to the holistic development and wellness of the Aboriginal individual, family, and community. Programs are delivered free of charge and include Aboriginal based Healing Centres, Family and Community Wellness Programs, Courtworker Services, Legal Education Research and Video Production and Aboriginal Human Rights.
