Services Provided by Jazz Is Society Of Alberta
(a) to advance the public's appreciation of the arts by providing high quality public performances of jazz music; (b) to advance education by providing learning activities for aspiring young jazz musicians that include opportunities to perform in public and by increasing the public's knowledge of jazz through concerts, presentations and information material; (c) to advance education by providing publicly available scholarships to musicians to undertake study of jazz performance; and (d) to undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purposes.
