Provides a broad spectrum of child welfare, children's mental health, prevention and youth justice services and programs with the Districts of Cochrane and Timiskaming. Programs and services are offered in both official languages throughout the catchment areas in keeping with the French Language Designation of each legacy agency. Many programs and services are extended to Aboriginal communities, both on and off reserve are carried out in a culturally respectful and sensitive manner.
