Young Ottawa Water Leaders: YOW Leaders is designed to mentor and coach interested youth in becoming community water leaders-people who make smart choices at home,school and workbecause they understand their personal connection to water.We connect localyouth (ages 10-30) to their wateshed via outdoor education programming specific to the Ottawa River watershed that combines fun with life-long learning.
