The major program of SDRJ is the Community Justice Conference (CJC), which takes place in a safe, controlled setting in the community. The victim(s), accused and their respective guardians and/or support people are brought together with trained, accredited facilitators to discuss the offence, its effects and to jointly decide how to right the wrong that has been done.
