We provide formal education to our school children in Hindi, Punjabi, English, Sikh Religion, Science, & Arts. We research requirements and materials for all school courses and prepare the curriculum and exams. We research, acquire, and donate computer hardware and software to the school. We interview volunteers and staff and appoint successful candidates based on their qualifications. We provide food and shelter allowance to the school children. We provide books and uniforms to the school children. We train volunteers and 8 staff (7 Teachers and 1 Principal) such that teaching and management needs are met. We provide scholarships to academically top performing students (typically top 10%). We provide awards to students in sports, music, civic/religious knowledge, history, computers, and science. We manage our costs strictly to ensure that 100% of donated funds go to the charity objects ($0.80/child/day)
