We showed our mainstage production of Franz Lehar's "Merry Widow"at Presentation house Theatre from May 19 to May 29,2016. Before that we had auditions,rehearsals,set production,costume production 8 Number of Board Members. 30 Total Number of Society Members. 41 Number of Volunteers,actively involved in the administration of the society,its programming,coordination,etc) 6750 Volunteer Hours Per Year.For each category of volunteer I estimated the number of hours based on number and length of rehearsals and/or shows or meetings and multiplied by the number of that type of volunteer.Does not include any time spent by the individual practising for show or board member doing individual work as these numbers might vary considerably. We continued doing additional one-performance events ("showlettes") that were spread out in time from May2016 to November 2016 and in different locations.
