1. Operate a community orchestra with local musicians, both orchestra members and soloists. Soloists include young musicians (age 20 and under) from the community. 2. Hold four concerts during the year for the purpose of widening the musical education and experience of orchestra members. 3. Advance the knowledge and experience of music in the community and offer cultural benefit to all.
