Services Provided by The New Marine Centre Society
The Society delivers science & cultural learning through an aquarium; it offers school-based curriculum programs in science & social sciences, youth camps, as well as both self-guided and booked experiences, providing information for environmental conservation. We also offer an ongoing youth summer volunteer program for ages 13-17, as well as expanded learning experiences on marine mammals (including revived and new skeleton displays) and Coast Salish Peoples heritage, art & culture. The Society also provides support to local artists through the display and sale of their work.
