LRW(LR)C continues to work in cooperation iwth other organizations to provide research and education about IHRL in relations to the rule of law, the integrity of legal systems and advocacy rights New work includes research and education on the scope and meaning of IHRL protections for rights to: notice of criminal charges, fair trial;trial before civilian courts; and, to counsel. Reserarch is being compiled for a guide on the IHRL requirements for legitimate prosecutions and criminal charges. Prior to publication, sections will be circulated for discussion and feedback.
