The program provides instruction to its member cadets in citizenship, leadership, survival training, first aid, music, instructional techniques, drill and ceremonial procedures, effective speaking, and the basics of aviation and aeronautics. The program is available to persons aged 12 to 18 and may provide educational credits towards high school graduation. The cadets participate in community events such as Remembrance Day, Battle of Britain parade and Santa Claus parade.
