Oasis Project Africa Education Society purposes are: 1. To advance education in Democratic Republic of Congo by: a. Establishing and operating schools; b. Providing education and training programs for teachers c. Providing literacy programs and d. Providing scholarships and grants to impoverished persons 2. To relieve poverty in the Democratic Republic of Congo through the operation of a micro-enterprise loan program and the provision of entrepreneurial training for impoverished persons. 3. To improve public health in the Democratic Republic of Congo by providing health education sessions and basic medical services supplies 4. To improve the quality of drinking water in the Democratic Republic of Congo by constructing wells and weter treatment, irrigation and sewage treatment systems.
