The undertaking of the Corporation is restricted to relieving poverty in Bangladesh by providing the following: 1. Basic education for adults and children in literacy, mathematics, health and hygiene and other life skills. 2. Education and training programs for medical personnel, laboratory technicians, teachers, engineers and other persons in similar fields, in order for them to better perform basic activities. 3. Medical equipment, computers and other equipment to hospitals, schools and similar activities. 4. Technical assistance and advice to hospitals, schools and similar institutions. 5. Communicating, networking and cooperating with hospitals, schools and other existing institutions in order to identify needs and to complement and coordinate services. 6. Engaging in fund-raising activities and acquiring, accepting, collecting, receiving and holding grants, gifts, donations, legacies, and devices for the attainment for the objects of the corporation. 7. Doing all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the objects of the corporation. 8. Childcare services for working mothers, living below the poverty line...
