Donation of income and/or principal are to be distributed at the discretion of the Trustee for the funding of programs beneficial to the community, particularly with respect to the support of education, social welfare, health and both visual and performing arts, conducted by organizations that are "qualified donees" as defined by the income Tax Act (Canada).
