Support of 20 Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps, youth aged 12-19, in the mainland of NS. This includes paying a portion of the national insurance and directors liability from the national office of the navy league of Canada. This also includes the provision of awards for the Sea Cadets. Support of 5 Navy League corps, youth aged 9-12, in the province of NS. This includes the training of officers and provision of awards and competitions of the Navy League Cadets. Promotion of the Sea Cadet Program in conjunction with the Department of National Defence. Promotion of the Navy League Cadet ProgramPromotion of the awareness of Maritime Affairs, and fostering a relationship with others interested in maritime affairs. Assistance in provincial cadet competitions. Purchase of awards and other recognition for Navy League members and supporters.
