We continue to expand the scholarships and mentoring to young musicians. We continue to hold special concerts - Handel's Messiah, Nanaimo in December, Milner Gardens, Vancouver Island Opera orchestral support, free concert at Maffeo Sutton Park in Nanaimo that is very successful each year. We continue to pursue other venues for smaller concerts for exposure of the talent being developed.
