Emphasizes teaching life skills through the practise of yoga and meditation in order to provide youth with skills to turn over a new leaf in life. Cultivates a commitment to non-violent, compassionate engagement with themselves and others. Studies the effects that yoga can have on youth struggling in their communities. Runs weekly programs at youth detention facilities and projects for youth in Ontario.
