The EPBC will deliver an integrated system of employment supports and services to all British Columbians who seek la programs are free to Canadian citizens, persons with disabilities, and persons with multiple Barries to employment assistance to employment insurance eligable individuals who would benefit from on the job employment training. Kootenay Career Development Society Entered into a Five (5) year contract with the employment program of BC, with an option to extend the contract an additional two (2) years.
