Services Provided by Summer Arts Scene For Youth In Central Okanagan Society
It is our intention to continue to offer a range of arts related workshops to the youth of the Okanagan. Included in the workshop programme for 2017 will be Woodworking, Theatre, Culinary Arts, Voice and Dance. We will work with the local school district to assist a number of financially challenged students to be able to attend the workshop. In addition, we hope to engage a selection of student project placement volunteers to help with the management and execution of the workshops. These students will receive credits towards their graduation qualifications.
