Paddlers Abreast is a group of breast cancer survivors and their supporters whose mandate is to improve the physical and psychological well-being of people living with or recovering from breast cancer. This is accomplished through learning and practicing paddling skills in a voyageur canoe, both recreationally and, for those wishing to participate in a more demanding program, to race in the annual 715 km Yukon River Quest.
