The Bridges Community Health Centre provides primary health care services and health promotion programs using a multidisciplinary team of health care providers. A Diabetes Education program is available by physician referral for anyone with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes. Mental Health Services include mental health assessments, short term supportive counselling, linkages with community services psychiatric consultation.
