Creating Awareness Empowerment Society (C.A.R.E.S.) has created The NurtureYourself program which provides seminars/presentations that teach valuable techniques in empowering individuals,and further developing their self-esteem. The program is premised on the values of respect,integrity and inclusiveness. Seminars are delivered in an empowering and connected environment. Through Nurture Yourself seminars,participants begin to develop tools and strategies for personal development. These skills help participants to create independence,self-responsibility and personal influence with their families and community. Our full day workshops are offered to women, anyone in the Calgary community is able to attend. in addition to our seminars,facilitators of C.A.R.E. Society offer presentations and or participate at community events hosted by different not-for-profit agencies in the Calgary Community to offer interactive trainings and educational workshops on self-esteen and positivity that promote sustainablewellbeing.During the events,C.A.R.E. Society requests an information booth at which C.A.R.E. Society display materials on our programs and how people can access services that will help them in the areas of self-esteen and pos
