PBF facilitates the construction of playgrounds in war devastated countries. Playgrounds are built, installed and maintained by local people. PBF provides safe places for children to play and also much needed jobs in these troubled communities by injecting money in the local economy. This also helps restore pride, ownership and enterprise capacity in these unstable communities. PBF's philosophy is based on involving local people in the building process and minimizing overhead costs by working with with local NGO's, qualified people. Qualified people on the ground oversee site selection, building process, inspection and maintenance.
