This organization has been established to provide stimulation and motivation for the permanent residents of the Parkland Place facility. Special occasions such as birthdays, Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day and Christmas are recognized by way of small gifts and parties with entertainment as well as games on a regular basis. Necessities that are not provided by the Health District are also purchased. All the time is donated by the membership of the non-profit organizations.
