We assist congregations in their ministry by providing program resources, training and cooperative mission activity. We work with congregations in various areas, establishing new missions which eventually form congregations. We do extensive work in continuing to expand ministries in various ethnic communities, establishing ministry to remote communities throughout Alberta and British Columbia and in Christian education opportunities. We provide resources and training to congregations in the areas of stewardship, youth adult leadership, Christian education, Lutheran Schools, family ministry, financial management and budgeting. We also develop outreach resources for congregations to use in their local communities. We partner with congregations in senior's ministry, providing resources and assisting in senior's housing when appropriate.
