Programs are designed to prepare at risk young adults for the transformational era and environment we live in to help address growing income disparities. Programs include: 1. Job placement and internships: successful graduates of the training program are placed into entry level jobs and internships within the media industry 2. The speaker series: each month a celebrity speaker participates in the series with their session being video skyped to satellite organizations across the country 3. Alumni working group: comprised of qualified and committed alumni who continue beyond the program to work on independent projects with the support of other alumni and minimal guidance from industry mentors 4. Critical thinking: focus on the skills deemed critical to success: communication literacy, social awareness, leadership; provides practical tools to help youth stay focues on task and manage emotions 5. Training program: an intensive 20-week program open to marginalized young adults aged 18-25 who desire to work in media but do not have the experience, financial capability, and social connections to pursue their career.
