The collaborations with WACC was new in 2016. The event was free of charge. The IDFF contributed to the rent of the venue. The co-presentation with HRWFF was the second collaboration of this kind. The involvement of IDFF was limited to promoting the film through our community. The memorial of Abbas Kiarostami was free and the expenses were covered through donations. The Cinelran FF was ticketed. The IDFF helped that festival with the management of the festival and the finances. The help was voluntary and no compensation was received.
