We teach health care workers in developing countries the principles of sterile processing to decrease high rates of post-operative infections. We also provide an innovative low cost method of sterilizing surgical and dental instruments using a pressure cooker, specialized instrument basket and various heating sources. Collaborate with Mercy Ships to provide education and training in sterile processing in Madagascar and Benin. 10 volunteers, 3200 hours
